Office Desks & Casegoods

Workstations are the workhorses of any workplace. They're where most of the day happens — and getting them right means balancing privacy and collaboration, ergonomics and aesthetics, durability and budget. We plan, supply, and install modular workstations, cubicles, frame-and-tile systems, monolithic panel systems, and benching for corporate, healthcare, education, government, and hospitality clients across Oklahoma and nationwide.

Whether you're refreshing a single team's setup or planning workstations for a full floor, we'll start by understanding how your people actually use the space — then match the right configurations, manufacturers, and finishes to fit.

A desk sets the tone for the whole room.

A desk is rarely just a work surface. In a private office it's the first thing a visitor sees and a signal of the role behind it. On an open floor it's the piece that shapes how a hundred people spend their day. Casegoods — credenzas, storage towers, bookcases, lateral files, and the wood or laminate pieces that surround a desk — complete the setting. Getting the desk and casegoods right means matching the grade, the finish, and the footprint to how the space is actually used, and to the impression it needs to make.

Desks span a wider range of grade and price than almost any other furniture category. An executive's veneer desk suite and a call-center agent's laminate workstation are different products at very different price points — and most organizations need both, often in the same building. Because we carry manufacturers across every tier, we can spec the right desk for each role without compromising the budget or the look.

Executive and private office desking is the largest part of our desk business, and it's where the most decisions get made — grade of material, finish, configuration, and the balance between making an impression and respecting a budget. We carry premium casegoods and executive lines including Tuohy, Indiana Furniture, Nucraft, Halcon, and Gunlocke for projects that call for wood veneer, fine detailing, and a lasting first impression, alongside commercial-grade laminate executive suites for projects that want the executive look at a more accessible price.

A typical executive setup pairs a primary desk with a credenza or storage wall, sometimes a bridge or return, and coordinating guest seating and conference furniture. We plan the whole suite as a unit so the finishes, proportions, and storage all work together. Whether it's a single corner office or a full floor of director suites, we'll plan it to match the role and the rest of the space.

Most desks in any organization aren't executive desks — they're the work surfaces a whole team uses every day. For these, durability, value, and reconfigurability matter more than premium finishes. We carry commercial laminate desking from manufacturers like Global, OFGO, Enwork, Deskmakers, Tayco, AIS, Senator, HAT Contract, and Iron Age that holds up to daily commercial use and comes in finishes that coordinate across a full floor. Height-adjustable bases are increasingly standard even for staff desks, and we can specify sit-stand across an entire team or floor, not just for executives. For tighter budgets and faster timelines, value and quickship lines from COE, Office Star Products, Offices To Go, Safco, Lorell, and Alera deliver solid commercial desks without the lead time or cost of a custom order.

The point is range. We'll spec for fit, value, and budget — not for margin, and not to hit a manufacturer's quota — which means the desk we recommend for your team is the one that actually fits your project, not the one we're trying to move.

Benching is the open-office workhorse. Workstations share a central spine that carries power and data, with low or no dividers between users. Tayco Scene and AIS benching systems are configurations we install regularly. Tayco Bridgeway offers a newer beam-based alternative to traditional panels, and Fellowes Railway provides power-beam infrastructure for open layouts. Benching is efficient on square footage, easy to reconfigure, and well-suited to collaborative teams or hot-desking environments.

Sit-stand desks have moved from a perk to an expectation, and height-adjustable desking is now standard in most projects we plan. We carry electric and manual height-adjustable desks across multiple manufacturers and price points — available as individual sit-stand desks, executive adjustable desks, paired and pod configurations, or specified across an entire floor. Adjustable bases can be paired with laminate or veneer tops to match the rest of a space, so a height-adjustable desk doesn't have to look different from the desks around it.

The benefits are well established — height-adjustable desks support ergonomic standards employees now expect, reduce the strain of long stretches at a desk, and give people control over how they work through the day. For organizations rolling out sit-stand across a floor or a building, we plan the specification, finishes, and budget as a single coordinated project. For a single executive or a small team, we'll spec individual adjustable desks that fit the existing space. Whether it's one desk or two hundred, height-adjustability is something we build into most desk projects today.

Desks and casegoods appear in nearly every commercial environment, and the right specification varies by setting. Executive and administrative offices call for casegoods and veneer suites that make an impression. Healthcare administration and clinical offices need durable, easy-to-clean surfaces. Education settings — faculty offices, university administration, school district buildings — benefit from desks that balance durability with budget. Government and municipal projects often carry specific procurement and accessibility requirements; we're an active vendor on the OU Institutional Furniture Contract and the City of Oklahoma City Interiors Contract, and we've furnished desks and casegoods for clients including the City of Oklahoma City, the Oklahoma Tax Commission, the Chickasaw Nation, and US Marshals.

Every desk project includes design, delivery, and installation.

FAQs

  • What's the difference between desking and casegoods?

"Desking" refers to the desks themselves; "casegoods" refers to the surrounding wood and laminate pieces — credenzas, storage towers, bookcases, lateral files. Most office setups combine both, and we plan them together so finishes and proportions coordinate.

  • Do you carry executive desks in real wood?

Yes. We carry premium wood veneer casegoods and executive lines including Tuohy, Indiana Furniture, Nucraft, and Halcon, alongside commercial laminate options that deliver the executive look at a more accessible price. We'll match the grade to your project and budget.

  • How long does a desk order take?

Four to six weeks from manufacturers, plus about a week of transit. Premium and custom executive suites may take longer; value and quickship lines can ship faster. We'll give you a realistic timeline at quote stage.

  • Do you handle installation?

Yes. Our installation crew is in-house — we receive, inspect, deliver, install, and clean up before we leave the site. You don't need to find a separate installer.

  • Do you offer height-adjustable desks?

Yes — across multiple manufacturers and price points, available as individual desks or specified across a full floor. Sit-stand is standard in most projects we plan today.

  • What manufacturers do you carry for desks and casegoods?

We carry more than a dozen desk and casegoods lines across every tier — premium (Tuohy, Indiana, Nucraft, Halcon, Gunlocke), commercial (Global, OFGO, Enwork, Deskmakers, Tayco, AIS, Senator, HAT Contract, Iron Age, Fellowes), and value/quickship (COE, Office Star Products, Offices To Go, Safco, Lorell, Alera) — and more, plus over 100 manufacturers across all product categories. We match the desk to the project rather than pushing a single line.
