Hospitality, Breakroom & Outdoor Furniture

Hotels, restaurants, corporate cafés, employee breakrooms, banquet halls, and outdoor commercial spaces all need furniture built for high-traffic, high-turnover environments — and built to look right in spaces where people gather, eat, relax, and host. We plan, supply, and install hospitality dining and lounge, breakroom and café furniture, banquet seating, and outdoor commercial furniture. We carry hospitality specialists, broad commercial lines that handle café and breakroom work well, and the outdoor commercial manufacturers that hold up to Oklahoma sun, wind, and weather. Whether the project is a single corporate breakroom refresh, a hotel banquet hall, or an outdoor patio, we'll match the furniture to how the space gets used.

Spaces where people gather have different requirements than spaces where people work.

A breakroom chair gets sat in, stood up from, and shoved back under a table dozens of times a day by different people. A banquet chair has to stack, transport easily, and look appropriate for a wedding reception, a corporate gala, and a conference luncheon all in the same month. A patio table has to survive an Oklahoma summer and a January cold front without warping or fading. Hospitality, breakroom, and outdoor furniture is built to a different specification than office furniture — heavier-duty frames, more cleanable surfaces, stack and nest configurations, weather resistance — because the way these pieces get used is fundamentally different.

That doesn't mean the design has to be utilitarian. Modern hospitality and breakroom design has moved a long way from the institutional vinyl-and-chrome of decades past. Today's corporate cafés, hotel lobbies, and restaurant interiors look more like well-designed homes than like waiting rooms. We work across the full design range, from traditional hospitality-grade durability to modern design-forward café and outdoor pieces.

Okana Resort

Convention and banquet, plus employee cafeteria.

Two distinct scopes within the same property — and the project itself a major engagement. Okana is a $400 million development by the Chickasaw Nation in Oklahoma City's Horizons District, widely reported as the most expensive commercial investment in Oklahoma City's history. Our work ran across roughly 24 months and coordinated furniture across the owner, Aquatic Development Group, Manhattan Construction, the A&D and procurement firms involved, and multiple trades during install. For Okana's banquet and convention facilities, we supplied roughly 2,000 banquet chairs along with related dining and event furniture — a single order at the scale that requires real warehouse staging, multi-truck delivery coordination, and a manufacturer relationship that can hold pricing and timeline on a 2,000-unit specification. For Okana's employee breakroom, we configured the space in cafeteria style with the tables and chairs to match — the same kind of product knowledge that goes into a hospitality property's customer-facing spaces, applied to the back-of-house spaces where the team eats.

Imagenet

Cafe and breakroom.

As part of Imagenet's broader engagement (see our Conference + Meeting Tables page for the conference side of the project), we equipped their café and breakroom with Casper stools and Enwork tables — coordinated entirely in black, including the chair legs, which sounds simple but is actually a small design challenge. Most stool manufacturers offer chrome or natural-finish legs as standard; specifying matching black finishes across multiple manufacturer lines requires coordinating finish codes and confirming options that aren't always in default catalogs. The kind of detail that makes the difference between a café that reads as designed and one that reads as assembled.

Hotels, resorts, conference venues, and event spaces all need hospitality-grade furniture — dining chairs and tables for restaurants and banquet halls, lounge seating for lobbies and bars, banquet chairs that stack and transport easily, and the casegoods and accent pieces that complete a property's design vocabulary. We carry hospitality specialists including Shelby Williams (one of the most-installed hospitality dining and lounge lines in commercial properties), Cabot Wrenn (premium hospitality lounge), Falcon (commercial hospitality and dining), OFM, KFI, MityLite (banquet and event specialist), Benchmark, and Venue Industries. Each line covers a different slice of the hospitality range, from premium hotel lobby lounge to high-volume banquet seating.

Corporate cafés, employee breakrooms, and lunchrooms are increasingly the center of office life — they're where teams cross paths, informal meetings happen, and culture gets reinforced. The furniture has to support all of that while standing up to constant use by everyone in the building.

We plan corporate café and breakroom spaces with café-height tables and stools, traditional dining-height tables, banquette seating where it fits, café-style booths, and the storage and serving pieces that complete the space. Our most-installed café and breakroom lines come from Maverick (strong café table specialist), Safco, Global, Tayco, and AIS for the broad commercial range; the hospitality specialists above (Cabot Wrenn, KFI, OFM, Falcon, Benchmark) for projects that want a more hospitality-style breakroom; and design-forward options for modern offices that want a café that feels like an actual café rather than a corporate break area.

The line between a well-designed corporate café and a restaurant or cafeteria is increasingly blurred — many of the same products work in both contexts. Restaurant-style café and breakroom furniture is something we install regularly in corporate cafés and hospitality dining areas; we can apply the same product knowledge to restaurant projects when the opportunity comes.

Restaurant patios, hotel pool decks, corporate courtyards, healthcare campus outdoor spaces, and educational outdoor learning environments all need outdoor furniture built to commercial specifications — UV-resistant materials, stainless or coated frames that don't rust, fade-resistant fabrics rated for outdoor use, and construction designed to survive the seasons rather than residential porch furniture pressed into commercial duty.

We carry outdoor commercial lines including Tonik, Tenjam, Homecrest (Homestyle), Blu Dot, Six Inch, Benchmark, and Eurostyle. The range covers traditional outdoor dining and lounge, modern design-forward outdoor seating and tables, modular outdoor pods and pieces, and shade and umbrella systems for full outdoor environments.

Every hospitality, breakroom, or outdoor project includes design, delivery, and installation.

When you engage Focus on a hospitality, breakroom, or outdoor project — from a single-room breakroom refresh to a multi-thousand-unit banquet order — the engagement includes:

  • Consultation to understand the space, the use cases, and the timeline (on-site in the OKC metro; virtual for projects further out)
  • Space planning and product recommendations in CET, Revit, or AutoCAD, with attention to traffic flow, durability requirements, and design coordination
  • A preliminary quote with pricing
  • A review round with design changes
  • A final detailed quote with finalized configuration for approval
  • Order placement and coordination with manufacturers — for large hospitality orders, including staging and timeline coordination across multiple trucks
  • Warehouse inspection before delivery — we don't schedule the install until product is in our hands
  • In-house delivery and installation by our own crew
  • Cleanup after install — wipe-down, removal of packing materials and trash before we leave
  • Ongoing service when you need adjustments, replacements, or repairs down the road

The initial consultation, recommendations, and quote are complimentary.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • What does the lead time look like?

Most hospitality, breakroom, and outdoor orders ship from manufacturers in four to six weeks, with about one week of transit on top of that. Large banquet orders (hundreds or thousands of stack chairs) often have their own production scheduling and we'll work back from your event or opening date to set the timeline. Custom-finish hospitality lounge and design-forward outdoor pieces may take longer. Several of our manufacturers offer quickship programs for popular configurations. We'll give you a realistic timeline at quote stage and flag quickship eligibility where it applies. We don't schedule an install date until the product is physically in our warehouse — which is part of why we've never missed a committed install date.

  • Do you furnish hotel banquet halls and event spaces?

Yes. We supplied roughly 2,000 banquet chairs for Okana Resort's convention and banquet facilities, along with related dining and event furniture. Large hospitality orders require staging, multi-truck delivery coordination, and manufacturer relationships that can hold pricing and timeline at scale — we handle all of that.

  • Do you do corporate café and breakroom design?

Yes — and it's an increasing share of the projects we plan. Modern corporate cafés have moved well beyond the old institutional break area; we work with both hospitality specialists (Shelby Williams, Cabot Wrenn, Falcon) and broad commercial lines (Maverick, Safco, Global) to plan cafés that read as actual cafés rather than as corporate furniture in a break room.

  • Do you do restaurant interiors?

Restaurant-style café and breakroom furniture is something we install regularly in corporate cafés and hospitality dining areas — many of the same products work in both contexts. We haven't yet done a full restaurant interior, but the product knowledge transfers directly and we can apply it to restaurant projects when the opportunity comes.

  • Do you supply outdoor commercial furniture?

Yes. We carry outdoor commercial lines built for restaurant patios, hotel pool decks, corporate courtyards, and similar applications — Tonik, Tenjam, Homecrest, Blu Dot, Six Inch, Benchmark, and Eurostyle among them. Outdoor commercial furniture is built differently from residential outdoor furniture (UV-resistant materials, weatherproof construction, commercial cycle ratings) and we specify accordingly.

  • Can you handle large banquet or stack-chair orders?

Yes. Beyond the 2,000-chair Okana project, we routinely handle stack-chair and banquet seating orders at scale for hotels, event venues, schools, religious organizations, and government meeting spaces. Large orders require staging space and coordinated delivery — which we have.

  • Do you handle installation?

Yes. Our installation crew is in-house — we receive, inspect, deliver, install, and clean up before we leave the site. For large banquet orders, this includes staging chairs at the venue and configuring the space for the intended event use.

  • What manufacturers do you carry for hospitality, breakroom, and outdoor furniture?

We carry hospitality specialists (Shelby Williams, Cabot Wrenn, Falcon, OFM, KFI, MityLite, Benchmark, Venue Industries), broad commercial lines that handle café and breakroom well (Maverick, Safco, Global, Tayco, AIS), and outdoor commercial lines (Tonik, Tenjam, Homecrest, Blu Dot, Six Inch, Benchmark, Eurostyle) — and more, plus over 100 manufacturers across all product categories. We match the specification to the use case rather than pushing a single line.
