A complete refresh of literally every classroom at Cristo Rey Oklahoma City Catholic High School, including student desks and chairs across all classrooms (roughly 200-300 student desks and chairs in the project) and science lab tables from Diversified Woodcrafts for the school's science classrooms. Full-school furniture refreshes are a specific kind of project — they require coordinating procurement, delivery, and installation around the academic calendar (typically scheduled into summer breaks to avoid disrupting instruction), planning for consistency across hundreds of identical-or-coordinated pieces, and matching the school's specific instructional style and budget across every room. Cristo Rey is the kind of project that demonstrates the operational scale we can handle on K-12 work.

As part of the full branch buildout (see our Reception + Lobby page for the lobby side of the project), we equipped the branch's training room with the training tables, seating, and instructor station to support employee training, member education events, and internal team meetings — a good example of how a single branch buildout combines lobby, training, and operational furniture in one coordinated engagement.

What does the lead time look like?
Most training and classroom orders ship from manufacturers in four to six weeks, with about one week of transit on top of that. Larger orders (full-school refreshes, science-lab specifications, custom-finish lecterns) may take longer. For K-12 and higher-ed work especially, we plan procurement and installation timelines around the academic calendar — most schools prefer summer-break installs so that classrooms are ready for the start of the school year. We'll work back from your target completion date to set the order timeline accordingly. We don't schedule an install date until the product is physically in our warehouse — which is part of why we've never missed a committed install date.
Do you do full-school furniture refreshes?
Yes. We recently completed a full refresh of every classroom at Cristo Rey Oklahoma City — roughly 200-300 student desks and chairs plus science lab tables.
