OFFICE WORKSTATIONS, CUBICLES & PANEL SYSTEMS
Workstations are the workhorses of any workplace. They're where most of the day happens — and getting them right means balancing privacy and collaboration, ergonomics and aesthetics, durability and budget. We plan, supply, and install modular workstations, cubicles, frame-and-tile systems, monolithic panel systems, and benching for corporate, healthcare, education, government, and hospitality clients across Oklahoma and nationwide.
Whether you're refreshing a single team's setup or planning workstations for a full floor, we'll start by understanding how your people actually use the space — then match the right configurations, manufacturers, and finishes to fit.
A WORKSTATION IS MORE THAN A DESK.
A workstation is more than a desk. It's an integrated workspace that combines work surface, storage, power and data access, and some degree of visual or acoustic privacy. In the industry, these systems are often called systems furniture — the structural product family that includes cubicles, panel systems, frame-and-tile, and benching. Modern systems are modular — the sam e product line can be configured as a private cubicle or office, an open benching run, a height-adjustable sit-stand setup, or a collaborative pod depending on what your team needs.
The modern workplace has changed what most organizations need from a workstation. Some teams and organizations want lower panels and shared benches that
support collaboration. Others need taller panels and enclosure for
focus, privacy, or compliance. Acoustic panels and PET dividers handle the noise that comes with open layouts. Height-adjustable desks support the ergonomic standards employees now expect across most industries. The workstations on this page span that range — traditional panel-system cubicles, lightweight benching, fully adjustable individual setups, and collaborative pod configurations.
FOCUS
CHOOSING THE RIGHT WORKSTATION STARTS WITH HOW YOUR PEOPLE WORK.
A few questions tend to drive the decision:
- How much privacy do your people need? Customer service teams, accounting, legal, healthcare admin, and government workspaces often want taller panels and more enclosure. Creative, sales, engineering, and tech teams usually prefer lower panels or open benching. The same floor can mix both — we'll plan accordingly.
- How is the space shaped?
Long open rooms suit benching and back-to-back runs. Narrower or L-shaped spaces often work better with pods or angled workstations. Our team builds layouts before you commit, so you can see how options fit your actual floor plan rather than guessing from a catalog.
- Will the layout need to change?
If you're growing, reorganizing teams, or unsure about long-term headcount, modular systems are designed to be reconfigured without replacing the whole investment. We can plan with flexibility in mind from the start.
- What's the acoustic environment?
Open offices and high-ceilinged spaces need acoustic management. PET acoustic panels, fabric tackboards, and ceiling-height dividers all help. We'll recommend specific solutions based on how your space currently sounds.
- What's the budget per seat? Workstation pricing varies widely based on configuration, finishes, and accessories. We'll work to whatever number is realistic for your project and recommend product accordingly — for fit, value, and budget, not to hit a manufacturer's quota.
If you're not sure how to answer these yet, that's exactly what an initial consultation is for. For clients in the OKC metro, we come on-site to measure, listen, and develop options that match how your organization actually functions. For projects further out, the same process happens virtually using detailed photos, floor plans, and video walkthroughs.
FROM PRIVATE CUBICLES TO OPEN PODS, WE PLAN EVERY CONFIGURATION.

Modular cubicles and panel systems

Traditional cubicles aren't what they used to be. Today's panel systems combine the privacy of a cubicle with cleaner lines, better materials, and integrated power and data. Tayco Cosmo and Tayco Switch are the systems we install most often. Cosmo is highly configurable — it can be specified for nearly any layout, panel height, or use case. Switch brings clean, modern lines and strong value to projects with more traditional cubicle needs. Both are available in multiple panel heights, with options for fabric, laminate, glass, and acoustic PET tiles. They're a strong fit for teams that handle sensitive work, take a lot of calls, or simply prefer a defined personal space.
Frame-and-Tile systems

For projects that want maximum flexibility in panel composition — mixing fabric, glass, markerboard, perforated metal, and acoustic tiles within the same workstation — frame-and-tile systems are the answer. AIS Matrix is the line we specify most often in this category. AIS also offers Divi (panel-based with broad customization), MWall (monolithic panel system), and AO2 (compatible with Herman Miller systems for projects that need to integrate with existing infrastructure). Frame-and-tile lets you design workstations that match a specific brand aesthetic or acoustic requirement without locking into a single tile material.
Benching Systems

Benching is the open-office workhorse. Workstations share a central spine that carries power and data, with low or no dividers between users. Tayco Scene and AIS benching systems are configurations we install regularly. Tayco Bridgeway offers a newer beam-based alternative to traditional panels, and Fellowes Railway provides power-beam infrastructure for open layouts. Benching is efficient on square footage, easy to reconfigure, and well-suited to collaborative teams or hot-desking environments.
Height-adjustable workstations

Sit-stand desks have moved from a perk to an expectation. Most of our workstation projects today include height-adjustability across the floor, with adjustable mechanisms specified into the cubicle, panel system, or benching run itself. Whether that's individual desks, paired pods, or full benching runs, we plan for the ergonomic standards employees now expect.
Collaborative pods and cluster workstations

When teams need to work closely together — pairs, triads, or four-to-six person clusters — pod and cluster configurations bring people together while still giving each person a defined space. Cosmo and Switch both configure into pods and back-to-back layouts that work well for project teams, design groups, and small departments.
Executive and private office workstations

For private offices and executive setups, we plan workstations that integrate with casegoods, credenzas, and conference seating. Our Desking + Casegoods page covers the full range of executive options.
Additional workstation systems we can fulfill
Beyond our most-installed lines, we can fulfill workstation systems from Fellowes (Capture, Choices, Trig, Intrinsic), Global (Evolve), Friant (Novo, System 2), Gen2, and others when a client has a specific manufacturer preference or is matching existing infrastructure. We're transparent about which systems we recommend and why — if a specific line is the right fit for your project, we'll bring it. If we think a different option would serve you better for fit, value, or budget, we'll tell you that too.
HOW WORKSTATIONS DIFFER ACROSS CORPORATE, HEALTHCARE, EDUCATION, AND GOVERNMENT INDUSTRIES
Workstations look similar across industries — that's part of what makes the category efficient. But the configurations, durability requirements, and acoustic specs vary meaningfully depending on environment. Some examples of how we've configured workstations differently for different clients:

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How long does a workstation order usually take?
Four to six weeks from manufacturers, plus about a week of transit. Several manufacturers we work with offer quickship programs on specific configurations and finishes for tight timelines. Larger or more customized orders may take longer; we'll give you a realistic timeline at quote stage.
Do you handle installation, or just delivery?
Both. Our installation crew is in-house — we receive, inspect, deliver, install, and clean up before we leave the site. You don't need to find a separate installer.
Can you reconfigure workstations we already have?
Often, yes — if they're from a current commercial line. Bring us the manufacturer and model and we'll tell you what's possible. We also help offices transition from older systems to current ones in phases.
Do you serve clients outside of Oklahoma City?
Yes. We're headquartered in Oklahoma City and serve clients nationwide. For projects within driving range of OKC, our own crew handles delivery and installation. For projects further out, we partner with vetted contract installation crews — same products, same project management, same standards.
What's the typical cost per workstation?
Pricing varies widely based on configuration, finishes, and accessories. We'll quote your specific scope after the space plan is done and work within whatever budget is realistic for your project.
Do you offer height-adjustable workstations?
Yes — across multiple manufacturers and price points. Sit-stand is standard in most projects we plan today.
What manufacturers do you carry for workstations?
Tayco Cosmo and Tayco Switch are the lines we install most often, with AIS Matrix and other AIS systems as frequent secondaries. We can also fulfill workstation systems from Fellowes (Capture, Choices, Trig, Intrinsic), Global (Evolve), Friant (Novo, System 2), and Gen2 when a client has a specific manufacturer preference. We carry more than 100 commercial furniture brands across all product categories, and we'll match the right system to the project rather than pushing a single line.
